Sports Physiotherapist
Located in Edmonton’s trendy Brewery District, Pivotal Physiotherapy High Performance Centre is a 4500 square foot facility featuring modern training equipment and therapeutic modalities such as hydrotherapy whirlpool tubs, NormaTec Recovery System, FitLight Trainer, and Functional Movement Screening.
Pivotal Physiotherapy offers a full complement of rehabilitative care including high performance rehabilitation, sports recovery services, injury rehabilitation, MVA physiotherapy, and advanced performance enhancing exercise prescription.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct patient care: Orthopedic assessment, functional screening, and treatment of a variety of an orthopaedic caseload comprised of sports enthusiasts, weekend warriors, high performance athletes, MVA patients, and general population.
- Maintaining a growing caseload while being an integral part of the team.
- Goal oriented treatment with the use of outcome measures and statistics to measure success with
clients. - Opportunity to be involved in community events and sponsorships with local clubs, teams, races and tournaments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed to practice in Alberta
MSc.PT or BSc.PT degree - Strong evidence based practice and continued interest in developing orthopaedic and manual
skills. - Previous experience with athletes and sports physiotherapy.
