Qualifications:

Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a strong asset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Ability to start with minimal supervision and thrive in a busy clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using clinical reasoning and analysis.
Continuously evaluate client progress and modify care plans to enhance patient outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic.
Document treatment sessions and recommendations using e-charting software.
Manage a caseload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
Participate in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development to grow professionally.
