Part Time Registered Physiotherapist

Form & Function has been serving our amazing active patients since 2009 inside the Unionville Athletic Club located at the Hilton Suites and we are excited to be adding a talented and dedicated physiotherapist to our team. We are looking for a passionate, empathetic practitioner who will go the extra mile to ensure patient satisfaction. We expect our new physiotherapist to take initiative, be an independent thinker whilst working in collaboration with the other practitioners in our team to provide the most comprehensive multidisciplinary care to our patients.

Our team consists of physiotherapists, chiropractors, chiropodists, acupuncturists, RMTs as well as an amazing front desk staff who will take care of all billing and scheduling for you. You will have access to 30,000 sqft of gym space and 1400 sqft of treatment area to work with your patients.

We promote continuing education through clinical rounds and provide an annual education fund to encourage our practitioners to grow and bring more skillsets into their practice.

The ideal candidate will be registered with the college of physiotherapists of Ontario with preferably 1-2 years of clinical experience in an orthopaedic setting, although new graduates are encouraged to apply.
