Reframe Wellbeing is a physiotherapist-run practice that resides within the growing Birch Cliff neighborhood.

Reframe Wellbeing works with a strong local network of Chiropractic, Massage therapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture, Naturopathy, and Life/ADHD Coaching.

Qualifications and Skills
An energetic Physiotherapist with a passion for serving the community,
1-3+ years of experience with an interest in Manual Therapy,
Ortho levels 1 through 3 completed or equivalent,
Acupuncture or Dry needling is an asset,
NEW GRADS & PROVISIONAL licenses welcome to apply,
Self-started and independently minded.,
Punctuality and time management skills,
Service soft-skills – kind, caring, and compassionate with the ability to lead and empower others.,
Resilient and energetic. Comfortable in a calm, 1-on-1 private practice environment.,
Roles and Responsibilities

Manage patient flow through the office: Greeting, caring, and facilitating patient experience throughout service. Promotes/invites patient referrals.,

Deliver compassionate and effective Physiotherapy care in a group setting: Maintain an efficient and service-oriented Physiotherapy practice, refer and practice well with others; Advocate self-care and home exercise.,

An interest in Marketing the Practice is an asset: Invite patients to the clinic, participate in quarterly/annual meetings, manage to post on social media outlets, email marketing, thank you cards.,

Administration of regular clinical visits: (Phone answering service, email and scheduling provided); Taking payment, scheduling and sending statements to patients.,
