Part-time Physiotherapist / Clinic Director
We are currently looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to join our rehabilitation team. This is an opportunity to take over a 25-30 hour/week caseload, beginning March 16, 2020. This position is open at our Totum King location, in the heart of King Street West. The potential to take on the role of Clinic Director is also a possibility, in conjunction with the treatment responsibilities, for the individual with exceptional leadership and team-building skills. This, along with an outstanding group of professionals within Totum, provides a unique environment for the right candidate to build a thriving, long term practice.
Totum Life Science operates four full-service facilities in Toronto, offering: Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Registered Massage Therapy, Nutrition, Naturopathy, Osteopathy, Personal Training, Pilates, Fitness Classes and Lifestyle Coaching. We are looking for a therapist with a minimum of three years of orthopedic experience, who is at the top of their profession, passionate about active rehabilitation, up to date on the latest research, and extremely professional and caring. Our Physiotherapists provide comprehensive orthopaedic rehabilitation and treatment to address the needs of injured clients and athletes. Knowledge and experience in sports therapy and advanced exercise prescription would be a definite asset. Totum Life Science provides services to an amazing, highly motivated clientele. Position Qualifications:
· Licensed with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
· Experience in sport-based Orthopaedics
· Level 2+ certification in manual therapy or interest in pursuing manual therapy certification through the Orthopaedic Division preferred.
· Must enjoy working as a part of a multidisciplinary team
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
· Exceptional work performance and attendance required
· Accurate charting and record keeping for all patients
· Minimum 3 years of orthopedic experience
