Part Time Physiotherapist

York Physiotherapy Associates in Richmond Hill is currently looking for a motivated and energetic physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. With one-hour long comprehensive assessments and only two patients per hour follow-up treatments, we pride ourselves on high standards of practice and quality physiotherapy care. This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist looking for a great practice environment in a well-established and physiotherapist-owned clinic. The caseload consists of primarily extended health/private patients with minimal MVA and no WSIB. Having several experienced FCAMPT physiotherapists (including an Orthopaedic Division senior instructor) on our team, we’re able to provide formal mentorship to those pursuing post-professional education. Strong skills in the areas of communication, patient education and exercise prescription are required for this position. Interest or experience in advanced manual physiotherapy, medical acupuncture and dry needling/IMS are also assets.
