Full Time Physiotherapy Maternity Position

Cooper Physiotherapy Clinic is a well established, multidisciplinary, private practice located in the rapidly growing south Ottawa village of Greely. Seeking a Physiotherapist or Physiotherapy Resident with an orthopaedic, sports and manual therapy background/interest to join our team for a 1-year maternity leave coverage. New graduates, residents welcome to apply. Our Clinics in Osgoode and Greely will be celebrating 25 years in practise and currently employ six physiotherapists and two massage therapists. Our experienced administrators and aides are well trained and work extremely well as a team.
Services offered include orthopedic and paediatric physiotherapy, vertigo/concussion management, motor vehicle physiotherapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy, Bundled Care post-op joint replacement program, massage therapy, orthotic fitting, and medical acupuncture.
This position will include an opportunity to extend into permanent employment as the Clinic grows. The successful candidate will be in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and have liability insurance. They must also have strong interpersonal, communication, clinical reasoning, manual therapy skills and exercise prescription. Advanced manual therapy training is considered an asset.
