Mentorship

Whether you are a seasoned clinician or new grad, we help you sharpen your clinical tool-kit. As clinicians, our learning never ends! Take advantage of as much or as little mentoring as would benefit you.

How does it work? 

Daily support with senior physiotherapists -> on the same shifts!

Meet with a clinical mentor each week to: 

Improve your clinical reasoning – review cases
Practice new and advanced manual techniques to build and sharpen your skills
Get help to build a full caseload and maintain it
Learn how to create a treatment plan and keep patients committed to it
Improve soft skills – how to interact with patients and build rapport
Plan courses and certifications

Small group mentoring/skills sessions, as desired / monthly

Large group in-services – senior physios or special guests!
