Full Time Physiotherapist

THE CLINIC:
-Well-established clinic that opened in 2015
-All employees are provided with structured career pathways based on their individual goals and aspirations
-Closed on weekends.
-Uses electronic charting and online booking through Jane App
-Has full-time administrative support
-Focused on providing excellent customer service and evidence-based care

THE MODEL:
-No MVA or WSIB claims
-No assistants or kinesiologists, giving you full autonomy in how you help each individual
-There is never a “number of visits” target
-Assessments are 1 hour, with follow up treatments being 30 minutes
-All clinicians work 2-3 evenings per week and 2-3 mornings per week

THE PAY:
-Hired as an employee, meaning we pay you for statutory holidays, take care of tax deductions, and pay half your CPP/EI
-Hourly pay meaning you can build your caseload confidently without sacrificing income, while maintaining -consistent, stress-free financial planning
-Paid vacation
-Paid, scheduled, and consistent one-on-one meetings for ALL employees
-Paid biweekly team meetings
-Eligible for profit sharing from day 1 (in addition to your regular pay)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
-Is friendly, outgoing, and has a strong desire to help people
-Has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

-Is a Registered Physiotherapist, in good standing with the College
-Has an active physiotherapy license with liability insurance
