Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated physiotherapist who is eager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our new, beautiful clinic. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on rehabilitation and prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatments to patients with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Assist in building the clinic’s reputation and growing our patient base through exceptional care and client referrals.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical education.
Qualifications:
• Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to create individualized treatment plans.
• Experience with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions is an asset (new grads are welcome to apply).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
• A proactive and growth-oriented mindset to help build and grow the clinic.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a patient-centered focus.
• Having interest or course work in Pelvic Health is an asset.
