Full Time Orthopaedic Manual Physiotherapist (option to start as part time and grow to full time) for September 2023

Resilience Physiotherapy is an established and rapidly growing clinic in the vibrant Annex neighbourhood of Toronto. We are expanding our clinic space and are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Orthopaedic Manual Physiotherapist to join our team. We are right in the heart of Toronto and our central location can’t be beat! We are located just south of the Spadina subway station where two of the major subway lines intersect and we have an accessible entrance.

Who we’re looking for:
– Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
– Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
– Minimum of Level 2 upper quadrant and lower quadrant courses completed through the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) physiotherapy program of the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA).
– Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience as an Orthopaedic Manual Physiotherapist.
– Certification in Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) or dry needling is an asset.
– Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses.
– Proficient in implementing evidence-based treatment plans using orthopaedic manual therapy techniques.
– Excellent hands-on skills for delivering effective treatments.
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact and build a lasting therapeutic alliance with patients, understand their needs, and educate them about their conditions.
– Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
– Commitment to continuing education and professional development activities.
– Commitment to providing high-quality and patient-centered care.

**Please note the limited administrative task of schedule management using Jane Clinic Management Software will be required & compensation will be provided for this.
