What You’ll Do
As a full-time physiotherapist at RebalanceMD Victoria, you will:
Deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for orthopedic and MSK patients.
Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals in a shared care environment.
Support patients pre- and post-operatively with tailored rehabilitation protocols.
Contribute to ongoing interdisciplinary case discussions and care planning.
Document care accurately and participate in outcomes tracking and clinical excellence.
Support delivery of our Post-Operative Physiotherapy Program, which is a unique partnership with Island Health that supports patients recovering from total joint replacements

Who You Are
A registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
Experienced or interested in MSK, orthopedic rehabilitation and post-surgical care.
Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced, and patient-focused clinical setting.
A clear communicator who thrives in a team environment.
Motivated to provide the highest quality care and support long-term recovery.
