As a Lead Physiotherapist (LT) on our team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the clinical development of therapists at your clinic through mentorship, training, knowledge sharing and setting a culture of clinical excellence. This role reports to the Regional Director, Clinical Education in Toronto.
Myodetox started in 2015 with a team of clinicians on a mission to change the way people take care of their bodies. Our therapists provide treatment using their unique skills and educate clients on how to minimize injury and become more resilient.
Myodetox will soon have more than 13 locations across Canada and the U.S.

What You’ll Do:
*Deliver premium care to every client and ensure services meet the Myodetox experience, brand standards and requirements
*In addition to the essential responsibilities of a Physiotherapist, the LT serves as a mentor and resource for clinician team
*Conduct 1:1 mentorship sessions for clinicians
*Create opportunities for clinicians to acquire and retain clinical skills through variety of avenues
*Complete Therapist Development Profiles in a comprehensive, timely manner
*Collaborate with Clinic Director to assess specific clinical development needs of the clinic or individual therapists
*Deliver monthly Onboarding Modules for new hires
*Partner with all LTs in the region to ensure consistency of mentorship and training
Who We’re Looking For:
*You are licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college
*You have the appropriate liability insurance
*You have 5+ years of experience in a private practice working with Orthopaedic clientele
*You have a minimum of Level 3 Orthopaedic levels
*You have experience with Dry Needling (IMS) & Sports Physio Levels
*You are eager to be a leader and have a passion for mentoring + teaching others
*You thrive on giving/receiving feedback + adjust your client care accordingly
*You are a team player and deeply care about your own growth + development while also ensuring the growth of your team
